Marcus R. Whitney, Attorney

Administration, Guardianships/Conservatorships, Real Estate, and Corporate and Non-Profit governance and contracts with Douglas, Conroyd, Gibb & Pacheco. During law school, he clerked for Justice Durham at the Oregon Supreme Court, and served as an Executive Editor of Willamette Law Review. Prior to attending law school and business school, Marcus earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester and worked as a process engineer for 8 years in the defense, printed circuit board, and semiconductor industries.

Marcus and his wife, Annette, a local physician, have four adult children. He and his family’s collective great achievement was a cross country bicycle trip from Salem, Oregon to Upstate, New York, which they completed after he finished the Oregon Bar Exam in 2009. He has since earned his private pilot’s license with an instrument rating and completed a second epic bicycle trip from Salem to Yellowstone with his wife and youngest daughter. Personally and professionally, he strives to be “ever better.”
